Projects & Accomplishments

1. Full Mail Server Deployment on Banana Pi

  • Built a fully authenticated SMTP/IMAP server using Postfix and Dovecot.

  • Achieved 10/10 Mail-tester score with:

    • SPF, DKIM, DMARC DNS validation.

    • SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt with auto-renewal.

  • Configured mail aliases, canonical mapping, and tested with Thunderbird.

2. Apache & WordPress CMS Hosting

  • Installed and configured Apache2, PHP, and MariaDB.

  • Deployed WordPress for content management and personal web presence.

  • Enabled secure database access with custom MySQL users.

  • Prepared future CMS integration (HTML/PHP include, iframe support).


3. Smart BHKW Monitoring & Control System

A real-time energy monitoring system for a Blockheizkraftwerk (BHKW) setup using Python, MySQL, and dynamic HTML:

Data Acquisition

  • Fetched and processed real-time data from MySQL.

  • Converted temperatures from millikelvin to °C.

Thermal Power & Trend Analysis

  • Calculated thermal output using temperature deltas.

  • Monitored temperature trends over 30-minute windows.

  • Estimated engine ON/OFF timing based on thermal gradients.

Forecasting Engine State

  • Developed predictive logic to identify whether engine is:

    • Currently running or idle.

    • Likely to switch ON/OFF in the next interval.

Eco Mode Optimization

  • Designed an Eco Mode toggle with:

    • Normal thresholds: 54°C (start), 62°C (stop)

    • Eco thresholds: 58°C (start), 60°C (stop)

  • Prevented unnecessary starts → reduced fuel & thermal waste.

Energy Saving Estimation

  • Calculated potential energy savings in kWh during Eco Mode interventions.

Graphical & Web Visualization

  • Plotted trends for Vorlauf, RĂĽcklauf, thermal power, and switching points.

  • Created output.png graph and embedded in dynamic HTML dashboard.

  • Generated estimation.html dashboard with:

    • Engine status

    • Temperature trends

    • Forecasted actions

    • Savings estimate

    • Eco Mode status

  • Web-ready design for iframe or PHP include.

Responsive Dashboard UI

  • Designed a clean HTML/CSS user interface:

    • Cards for temperature, engine, and switching time

    • Embedded interactive graph

    • Auto-refresh for live status


4. Tesla Tax Calculation Software Tool

  • Developed a custom software tool tailored to calculate EV-related tax liabilities for Tesla vehicle owners.

  • Included:

    • Local tax rules

    • Input forms for parameters like Trip time calculation, Trip Kilometers, and Trip classification bassed on user inputs

    • Output estimations based on user inputs
